黄柏间断冲洗VSD法在重症烧伤创面感染护理预防中的应用

Objective To explore the application effect of Huangbai intermittent irrigation vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) method in the nursing prevention of severe burn wound infection. Methods A total of 86 patients with severe burns who received treatment at our hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected for this study. According to the random number table, 86 subjects were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing intervention) and the observation group(Huangbai intermittent irrigation VSD method nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the wound recovery and pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The critical index score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The inflammatory factor indicators in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For the care of severe burn patients, the Huangbai intermittent irrigation VSD method can effectively improve wound care quality, reduce pain, accelerate wound healing, and lower the risk of infection, thereby enhancing the patients quality of life.
