围手术期精细化护理在飞秒激光白内障手术中的应用及对预后的影响

Objective To explore the application effect of a refined nursing model for patients undergoing femtosecond laser cataract surgery and analyze its impact on patient outcomes. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent femtosecond laser cataract surgery between March and December 2025 were enrolled. Using a random number table method, they were divided into a control group(60 cases) and an observation group(60 cases). The control group received conventional perioperative nursing care, while the observation group received conventional perioperative nursing care plus refined nursing intervention. The following parameters were evaluated: postoperative visual recovery(uncorrected visual acuity, corrected visual acuity), Faces Pain Scale–Revised(FPS-R) pain scores, complication rates, patient satisfaction scores, and cooperation scores. Results At one week postoperatively, the observation group exhibited significantly higher uncorrected visual acuity and corrected visual acuity than the control group(P<0.05). The FPS-R pain scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The complication rate in the observation group(5.00%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.67%)(P<0.05). The patient satisfaction scores and cooperation scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing refined nursing interventions in femtosecond laser cataract surgery has a positive impact on visual recovery, pain management, complication rates, and the quality of nursing services. This refined nursing approach effectively meets the multidimensional care requirements of cataract patients and serves as an effective perioperative nursing intervention model.
