血栓弹力图联合凝血功能检测对脑卒中患者疗效的评估

Objective To explore the evaluation value of thromboelastography combined with coagulation function testing in the treatment efficacy of patients with progressive ischemic stroke. Methods Two hundred patients with ischemic stroke who visited our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects. Based on the follow-up results at 6 months, they were divided into a relapse group(n=64) and a normal group(n=136). Thromboelastography and coagulation function-related indicators, including R time, K time, α angle, MA value, LY30, prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), international normalized ratio(INR), fibrinogen(Fib), and platelet count(PLT) were measured in all patients. The trends and risk factors were analyzed, and their evaluation value for treatment efficacy was assessed. Results Compared with the normal group, the relapse group showed significantly decreased r time, K time, LY30, INR, PT, and APTT values, while significantly increased α angle, MA value, and Fib, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis after comparing the differences in indicators revealed that α angle, MA, PT(s), and APTT(s) were related risk factors. AUC curve plotting showed that the combined results had an area under the curve of 0.920, with a sensitivity and specificity of 91.68% and 91.19%, respectively, indicating a good assessment value. Conclusion Thromboelastography combined with coagulation function testing has good assessment value for the treatment effect of ischemic stroke patients.
