活髓切断术结合金属预成冠修复乳磨牙Ⅱ类洞的临床研究

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pulpotomy combined with preformed metal crown in the restoration of class Ⅱ cavities in primary molars.Methods Eighty patients with class Ⅱ cavities in primaiy molars treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received direct intraoral filling restoration,while the observation group was treated with pulpotomy combined with preformed metal crown restoration.Changes in periodontal indices,occlusal function,and masticatory function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.The overall effectiveness and incidence of complications were also compared.Results After treatment,the gingival index and plaque index improved in both groups compared to before treatment.The periodontal indices of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).The occlusal function of children in both groups improved after treatment.The maximum occlusal force and maximum occlusal area in the observation group were significantly greater than those in the control group,and the occlusal contact time was shorter than that of the control group(P <0.05).The masticatory efficiency of children in both groups increased after treatment,and it was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P <0.05).The overall effectiveness rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.Conclusion Pulpotomy combined with preformed metal crown restoration for class Ⅱ cavities in primary molars demonstrates ideal outcomes,promotes the recovery of occlusal and masticatory functions,improves periodontal conditions,and is safe and effective.It is worthy of further promotion.
