腹膜重建对经腹腹腔镜上尿路手术患者术后康复效果的影响

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of peritoneal reconstruction on postoperative gastrointestinal rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic upper urinary tract surgery. Methods A total of 156 patients undergoing laparoscopic upper urinary tract surgery from July 2022 to December 2024 who were admitted to our hospital were selected, and divided into two groups by peritoneal reconstruction or not. The control group (n= 62) did not undergo peritoneal reconstruction, while the study group (n= 94) underwent peritoneal reconstruction. The gastrointestinal symptoms, incidence of intestinal obstruction, comfort, and quality of life in both groups were compared. Results The gastrointestinal symptom rating scale (GSRS) scores of the study group at 24 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05), the incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction was lower (P＜0.05). 24 hours after surgery, the general comfort questionnaire (GCQ) scores in both groups were increased (P＜0.05), and in comparison with the control group, the study group was higher (P＜0.05). 1 day before discharge, the comprehensive quality of life inventory-74 (Adult Use) (GQOL-74) in both groups were increased (P＜0.05), and in comparison with the control group, the study group was higher (P＜0.05). Conclusion Peritoneal reconstruction in patients undergoing laparoscopic upper urinary tract surgery can significantly accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce gastrointestinal discomfort, lower the incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction, and improve comfort and quality of life.
